Here are my flowers in my crystal vase I bought in Czech. 

I was up way too early today. We had a celebration last night complete with 80s bands, German folk music and American comedians. Add in the free wine, free food and cheap beer and now you know why my head is aching today. I got wildly, wonderfully intoxicated and behaved myself. The crazies were the COL's wives, who were dancing on the tables and jumping up and down like maniacs. I've been very concered about what I look like to my soldiers, now that I HAVE soldiers. I don't know why I care so much. I keep trying to be perfect. But like Tibor says "Don't listen to what any body says, just do your best", referring to the 5 mile run we did friday morning that I fell behind on. It still bothers me, but he's right. It shouldn't. Do what you do.

Today I went downtown and bought some flowers and some crossoints. I also went into the perfume store and sprayed JOOP! on me so I could smell like somebody I miss. If I can smell him, it's like he's here.....

P.S. After an enlightening chat with some Ft Gordon soldiers, I found out that the size of my fan club exeeds original estimates.

I miss Champagne
