I never liked 'the city' per se until I went to the east coast. For the first time, when I was in Philly, I found myself wanting to live in the city. There's a lot of black people in Philadelphia. But we were seeing them during working hours so maybe they're all unemployed. I didnt say it outloud because I was making a big deal about seeing black people in the first place.
